Guest Suite consists of 3 rooms/areas, as well as a private bathroom: *The main entrance Kitchenette Area. *One Bedroom w/Queen bed. *A Living Area with a Single-Daybed/couch, lounge chair, and 42" Smart TV. *A private Bathroom. Perfect for a Couple or 2 Individuals. This is a non-smoking residence. The space Private Entrance Guest Suite. Located in a nice quite community area, yet still in town close to restaurants and shopping galore. We are about 15-20 minutes from RSW Southwest Florida International Airport, and the airport has many car rental agencies that you can rent from. The Gulf of Mexico beaches are a short 25-35 minute drive from us. Guest access Private Entrance with electronic push button Code Entry. Private parking on site. You have 3 rooms/areas in the Private Guest Suite: 1) The main entrance KITCHENETTE AREA -with 3/4-Size Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, K-Cup Machine also a Small Coffee Pot Machine, Bar Sink, all Dishes and Utensils, and a small counter-height nook table for 2. 2) ONE BEDROOM w/Queen Bed, large closet, and dresser. 3) LIVING AREA/TV ROOM w/Daybed, Lounge Chair, and 42" Smart TV. *TV has basic local channels (no cable) and Smart TV Apps so you can watch your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or any other account you have. -Also a Private Bathroom with a shower, towels, hairdryer, and a shampoo/body soap dispenser. This is a no-smoking or vaping residence. There is an outdoor bistro table with an ashtray if needed. We do ask that all guests observe a "quiet time" of 10 PM until 7 AM. Quiet time primarily means no parties or loud music and respect for the neighbors and others in the attached home. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This is a Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping Guest Suite Rental. We do not accept animals/pets of any kind. Our rental is most comfortable for a single or a Couple (or 2 Individuals) occupancy, another guest can be added for a nightly fee but please note there is only one queen bed and a single-daybed. **For cooking there is a microwave only, no stove, no toaster, or clothes iron due to fire hazards.** *** Emotional Support Animals are not allowed in our guest suite. We have a family member that is extremely allergic to animal allergens and as per the AirBnB guidelines, we do not allow any animals in our guest suite as it will cause a safety concern for our family member. Although the guest suite is a private area, the ventilation system (AC) is shared with our main home and any animal will cause a major safety concern for us. We ask that anyone with a service or emotional support animal not rent our guest suite out of respect for this reason. Any person who shows up with an animal will be turned away without a refund.
