The accommodation (about 33 sqm) consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a king bed (1.50 m wide), and two balconies overlooking the communal garden. The balconies are furnished with table, chairs, parasol, drying rack, mop and dust pan. The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials: pots, pans, coffee maker, cutlery, plates, glasses; there is no washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and oven. In the living room there is a television. Guest access The entire flat Other things to note Nearby you can find from the supermarket to the banks, the pharmacy, the self service launderette “Onda blue”, self service launderette "Jefferson", restaurants, pizzerie, the Thursday market in the Bruno Modesto’s square, emergency medical service, post office, playground, hairdresser and various shops. The bus stop in case you don't have a car is very close, in the Vittorio Modesto square. The harbour with the promenade and the boats that take you to the islands and Corsica is about 600m away. The "Rena Bianca" beach is 800m away and can be reached either on foot or by car. The town center with Piazza V. Emanuele I is even closer, 650m, and can be easily reached on foot. If you come by car, parking is free on Via Tibula and normally there are no problems finding a parking space along Via Tibula or in the neighbouring streets, even if the mid-August period is a bit of an exception. My co-hostess does the greetings and departures, she takes care of the rental contracts, especially important to me for tax purposes, and compiles the slips for the police. It also and moreover makes sure that everything is fine during your stay. Check-in is between 16 and 22 and check-out is at 10am. let us know if you need an earlier check-in and/or later check-out, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Sheets and towels are not included and the set for two people is 25 Euros. We do not have air conditioning and we ask our customers to leave the apartment and especially the kitchen in decent condition.
