Modern, historic home in a green setting.

We have a beautiful detached cottage of 70 m2 available. It has originally been a wagon workshop whose old wooden balks are still visible. In the meantime, the place has been strongly insulated and modernized with underfloor heating, a full kitchen, bathroom and large projection screen (bring your own laptop). Centrally located in the Netherlands, you can be on the A1 or A28 in a few minutes. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The space The combination of a historic location with a modern finish makes this building unique. A large living room with sitting area and large dining/work table offer many possibilities. Large windows ensure a good light and beautiful view of a colorful garden. With a south-facing veranda, you can quickly sit outside in the sun for a cup of tea/coffee and a newspaper. Guest access Guests have their own part of the garden and veranda at their disposal. often the rest of the garden can be used (especially if there are children as the swing etc is there). The pool is shared with us. Other things to note To enjoy the projector, a private laptop is needed with hdmi connection or tablet with usb-c output
