Greengate Cottage is situated in Hutton le Hole, one of North Yorkshires prettiest villages. It is near to Kirkbymoorside, Pickering, Helmsley, York and the North Yorkshire coast. The village is on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors and is ideally located for exploring the moors and the coast. The cottage is very comfortable with all the facilities provided for a relaxing break. There is an open fire in the lounge and the cottage is close to the local pub offering excellent food and drink. The space Greengate was originally four cottages and now creates one extensive home perfect for group getaways. There are four bedrooms, two king, one twin room and one super king, along with a large family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large lounge, open plan kitchen and dining room together with a playroom with an en-suite wet room. The house has flexible accommodation as it has two stair cases, one at each end of the property - perfect for additional privacy when staying as a large group. Guest access Guests have access to the full property. The key to the property is accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. There is private parking for up to two vehicles at the cottage, with an EV charger. Please note that there is a gravel-style track leading up to the property's driveway. Other things to note We welcome 1 small, well behaved dog.
