Cozy Storefront Loft (with shag rug)

Tucked away inconspicuously in an old laundromat in Maspeth, you’ll nearly forget Manhattan is just three miles away. This space is made for creativity and conversation, open to anyone who might be interested in watching headlights roll by on a rainy night to the tune of Ben Webster’s sax or perhaps catching a good book before snoozing seven feet above the cozy shag rug that really ties the place together. All Ian permitted. Come on by. The space The space is a storefront so you are on ground level, but there’s a steel garage door you can close for maximum privacy. Also, the layout of the room is unique in a few ways: the bed you are welcome to stay in is in one room with the kitchen and common area. A curtain may be drawn around the bed itself if you prefer. This room is separated by a wall from a second bedroom inhabited by myself. In that bedroom is the bathroom which you are of course welcome to at any point. This probably isn’t you’re honeymoon sweet. If you like to paint, get lost in conversation, and enjoy the ambiance of a lofted love shack, this might be your bag, baby. Other things to note The KEY is in a wag lockbox to the right of the door.
