It has a capacity of up to 10 guests The villa, garden and pool are private (no one else has access) The pool is OVERLOOKED. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, 2 living rooms, a fire place, a dining table, cable television and Wi-Fi (we have FIBER OPTIC internet - up to 100Mbps) Outside, you will find a swimming pool (4m x 8m), another dining table and the garden. The pool is NOT heated. We have a baby cot bed and a high chair for babies (available upon request) It is within 10min of 3 prestigious golf resorts: Amelkis Golf, Royal Golf of Marrakech and Al Maaden Golf. It has a total capacity of 10 guests. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, garden and the swimming pool (it's private, no one else has access to these areas) Other things to note We don’t accept groups of men. Guests are not allowed / Parties are not allowed / Loud music is not allowed Moroccan couples need a mariage certificate (Law 490) There is a security deposit payable upon arrival. The deposit will be given back to you during check-out. A cook can prepare your meals (price upon request)
