Restored at the end of 2019, it offers quality services with its two living rooms, its beautiful kitchen built around a 14 m well, its 6 bedrooms, its swimming pool and its heated indoor Jacuzzi accessible all year round. We also offer a pool table, a pinball machine, a ping-pong table and board games for both children and adults. We also provide 4 mountain bikes free of charge. Also enjoy i-tech equipment with two beautiful TVs, one of which is connected to Canal Satellite. Quality sound available in the small and large living room, in the kitchen and the pool, allows you to listen to your music in the room of your choice. Everything can be managed from the iPad provided. Also enjoy a wide range of music and movies on a hard drive accessible from both lounges. The beautiful kitchen offers views of the surrounding countryside. It has quality and new equipment. You have at your disposal: an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, two fridge-freezers, an induction hob, an ice maker as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a juicer, a kettle... The 6 bedrooms (with double bed, 160 x 200) offer tranquility and optimal comfort with their Bultex mattresses. Two bedrooms have a private bathroom (one on the ground floor), the other two are shared with two bedrooms. You have the option to add 6 extra beds (for children only) in the rooms you want. The maximum accommodation capacity of Villa Boria is therefore 18 people, including 12 adults, maximum. Our accommodation is not recognized as accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM) and we apologize to them. Indeed, certain criteria are not respected because we are not able, given the configuration of the premises available to us, to fully meet their needs. But depending on the level of disability, it may be sufficient. Indeed, the width of the doors is compliant and we have a bedroom on the ground floor with its private bathroom and separate toilet. On the other hand, our accommodation does not have a toilet with grab bar or shower seat with grab bar. The person with reduced mobility can move freely on the ground floor.
