Small apartment (about 15 square meters) in a country house style similar to a hotel room (pantry kitchen, minibar, small bathroom) on the ground floor of a 2-family house, quiet, close to the city/nature, key box, panoramic location, Black Forest view, high windows, external blinds, 10 sqm garden. Old town (1.8 km), car: 5 min, bike or Bus (station 300 m away) 5-10 min, on foot 25 min. Train station with bus: 25 min. Free: 2 simple bikes (request), parking on the street, Wi-Fi, bed linen, bath towels. 300 m away: shops, cafes, restaurants. The space The mini apartment is equipped with a high-quality sofa bed (beech wood construction) and a mattress with topper (cold foam, thickness: 18 cm). It can be pulled out with simple handles to form a double bed (1.50 x 2.05 m). The lower suspension of the lying surface consists of prestressed spring wood strips. Please note that the lounger height is 35 cm. We highly recommend placing the topper on the mattress! Other things to note A garden terrace (10 m², south-east facing) in the front area of the house may be used by the guests of both apartments. It is not directly accessible from the mini apartment. The French windows have a horizontal (climbable) window sill. The provision of bicycles as a free service is independent of the rental price of the apartment and cannot always be guaranteed (e.g. in the case of repairs). Use is at your own risk. The apartment is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure.
