Located in the heart of the Perrey district (UNESCO World Heritage), this 34 m² apartment is located, from the fishing port, marina and 10 min walk to the beach. Close to shops and local markets, this accommodation is ideal for relaxing & discovering as a couple or for hosting professionals passing through. Pets allowed The space Small pet €4 per day per pet Average pet €5 per day per pet Large pet €8 per day per pet When renting for just 2 people, a supplement of €4 will be requested for the entire stay for cleaning and ironing the sheets, if the bed in the bedroom and the one in the living room are used. Same for a rental with 3 guests plus a baby (4 guests in total) a supplement of €4 per night, will be requested for operating fees incumbent on the apartment. €5 surcharge for arrivals after 7:30 PM. The apartment consists of: A living room with a living room including a sofa bed for two people (Dunlopillo Mattress), with a TV and Wifi. The kitchen area has a mini oven, a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine (pods provided), a kettle, a coffee maker, a juicer, a toaster and various essentials such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, tea (Cofféa) and coffee (Black Card). A set of 8 flat, hollow and dessert plates are also available with cutlery and water glasses, wine, beer, champagne, coffee cups, and mugs (dishwasher liquid provided). This apartment also has one bedroom with a bed for two people with a box spring and a new mattress. A set of duvet covers, duvet and pillows are also available in the wardrobe and wardrobe of this room. It is equipped with a mobile fan. The bathroom has a very LARGE NEW SHOWER, vanity, and ample storage for towels (provided free of charge) and your belongings. Shampoo (Dove) and handwashing liquid are also provided. A beach bag with 3 beach linens is also available free of charge for guests. The apartment also has a small balcony (no possibility to eat there). For toddlers it is equipped with a bed umbrella, a high chair, a child bath and different toys (€6 all for the stay). the apartment is on the first floor of the building, there is no elevator. There is no access for people with reduced mobility. I will be on site for the key exchange and will be delighted to be able to talk with you about the different places to visit the city of Le Havre and its surroundings. For check-ins: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM possibility to expand check-in times if possible. Check-out: 11:00 am also possibility to extend the departure times if possible. For the discovery: the different exhibitions of the MuMa (painting and sculpture), the Armor's house, the walks on the waterfront with its sunset immortalized by Claude Monet, the gardens hanging at the Fort de Sainte Address, etc... 5 min from the apartment, rue de Paris, Maeva and Magalie welcome you warmly to taste some oysters. Not to mention, the must-see passage through St Joseph's Cathedral. Enjoy the Oscar Niemeyer space and its beautiful library. Outside Le Havre, discover Etretat, Fécamp, Honfleur, the loops of the Seine and its estuary. For relaxation: the beach is a 10 minute walk. For shopping: the DOCKS and Espace Coty with a small essential visit to Les Porcelaines du Berry, rue de Paris in front of Notre Dame Cathedral. Guest access Pets are allowed but for hygiene reasons not on the bed or the sofa. A comfortable basket is on site for dogs. Thank you in advance Other things to note From the train and bus station as well as the airport it is possible to pick you up on arrival for €5 otherwise there is the tram for €1.70 per ticket per person.
