A dream above the sea

This place will find you: on the south, the sea and on the mountain. Not touristy, in the middle of everyday life, yet over it: ecco Grimaldi. Between Italy and France, Mare & Monti, silence and life, nature and Nice, Genoa, Monaco, Cannes, Turin. The terrace above the world: 70 sqm and two rooms like a loft: 66 sqm. Beautiful in winter and summer, swimming, hiking, skiing, hanging out, sleeping, silence and still more sea. And this at the foot of the mountain called Granmondo, in Grimaldi superiore. The space This place is not just in the sun, in a microclimate: mild and sunny all year round, fertile and so incredibly versatile. Riviera dei Fiori, Cote d'Azur, Alps Maritime, the Mediterranean, English gardens, Russian riches, artists, fishermen, olive growers and in the midst: us. This place is a gem. One day we will be here forever. Until then we will share our dream with friends and guests. We have Wifi but no TV - detox and use the best screen ever: the view of the ever changing sea! You can use everything, the four beds, two of them flexible and stackable and the hammock, the grill and the amazing view. Guest access Apartment, garage, garden, land, olive terraces, hiking trail, village, roller skates for the promenade in Menton, shopping basket for the bombastic market, also in Ventimiglia and the fish casserole also. Other things to note Grimaldi Superiore is located in Italy on the border to France, five minutes from Menton, 7 to a perfectly equipped huge supermarket in Latte and 14 to Ventimiglia. Passing the border is easy and probably you do it twice a day; there are two roads, an upper one that leads to Grimaldi and a lower one close two the sea that connects Menton and Latte. You definitely need a vehicle, a motorcycle or a car! Through the village leads an alley, it is narrow and sometimes steep and if you want to drive into your own garage should have a SMALL car and drive courageously, Fiat 500 at Nice airport from 12 euros per day.
