The property has 6 bedrooms with all with private bathroom. *Our house is located in a quiet, rural environment and so it must remain. Please, no music between 10pm and 10am. * it is forbidden to bring large speakers, or hire djs, etc The space Great location, a lot of interior space, a huge exterior area, fast internet connection... our house is just ready for you to relax and do nothing! During 2021 we renovated the outdoor space with a new chill out area and new outdoor kitchen. Check out the photos! ****WE OFFER EVERYDAY FREE CLEANING for bookings of 5+ days. We have: Fast internet (fiber) Wifi in all bedrooms Exterior wifi Air conditioning in all bedrooms Shaded Parking for 4 cars New, awesome outdoor area: new living room with cool, modern sofas, outdoor TV, modern island kitchen with induction, oven, wine cooler... Dinning table for up to 20 people We don't have: Noise, so please keep it that way :). This means no music from 10pm to 10am. It's forbidden to rent sound systems, hire dj's, or celebrate events of any kind. It's important to keep the coexistence with our (2) neighbors. THANKS Guest access Guest can access all areas. We do not rent rooms separately. Other things to note What a nice surprise you finally reach your rented villa and then you find out there is no internet, or no wifi, or no tv... or no mobile reception... or the villa is difficult to reach by taxi! This does not happen at Can Malalt. We have everything! First of all: Location. The villa is super easy to find and Ibiza it's just 5-6 minutes away by car. Playa den Bossa, Salinas Beach, the Airport... this spots are located at a 10-20 minutes drive from the house. Taxis can easily access the house (no bumpy track to get to it) It is higly recommended to rent at least a car, specially during peak season (July and August) Several living rooms, huge out door area...
