Beautiful Brooklyn 2 bedroom space

Welcome to our attractive, peaceful, and spacious suite situated in our two-family home. This listing is great for couples or friends who are venturing NYC. The space We would like to welcome you to our home. You will have access and privacy in our two-family home (please refer to the photos in the listing). Although host will be present in the Unit during the guests stay our space has been designed in such a way, to ensure our guests feel as if they have their own private space, where they can feel secure, confident and their privacy is respected at all times. We adhere to NYC Local Law 18, which mandates that our home be shared with our guests. Please allow me to walk you through your space. When you enter our humble Brooklyn Bed-Stuy home, there are two main doors to enter the house. You will be able to walk straight up the stairs to an open living space. Once you reach the top of the curved staircase (designed to make the space intimate and private), you will immediately enter the dining room area. To the left, you have the living room which exhibits a large bay window that allows plenty of sunlight in, a comfy couch, and a TV for entertainment. Your private bathroom has a walk-in shower, a heated floor, an anti-fog mirror, clean towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and a blow dryer. You will have access to a kitchenette that incorporates a refrigerator, sink, induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, silverware, and dishes. To the right of the dining room, you have your private and secured bedrooms. One bedroom includes a queen-size bed, dresser, nightstand with a wireless charger, and a closet with hangers. The other bedroom includes a full-size bed and a dresser. The space is heated during the winter, and air conditioners are installed in the bedrooms and living room during the summer. Guest access You have access to everything pictured in the listing. During your stay We would love to make your stay comfortable, memorable, and easy. If we can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. If you enjoy interacting with your host, we are very friendly and open to as much or as little communication as you would like. Our place is also set up in a way that will support as much or as little interaction you desire. Having grown up in New York, we're happy to share some of our top restaurant picks and must-see spots with you. If you're a fellow runner, we can also point you towards some great running routes. Occasionally, I organize group runs in the morning or evening, and you are more than welcome to join.
