This villa was built paying attention to all the possible needs of the customers offering comfort, unmatched privacy and intimacy and a relaxing location: 6 bedrooms with 6 en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining area, a big garden and a heated swimming pool. Hot water for the whole property, pool included, is provided with solar panels. The villa from the year 2020 also has a cinema room with Full HD projector with NETFLIX Premium Ultra HD subscription. Not far from the villa you will find many sports opportunities such as diving, windsurf, kite-surf and many more. Spend your time tanning in the beautifully-landscaped garden with a scenic view on the Asinara gulf, or reading a book on the fully equipped sheltered terraces. Other things to note Upon arrival, a security deposit of 2,000.00 euro will be held by credit card. This amount will be released automatically (according to your bank's schedule) at the end of your stay. In the event that damage are found or the rules of the villa are not observed, the agency reserves the right to retain the amount corresponding to the resulting damage. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Wifi connection is included. A cleaning of 4 hours on Saturday and Tuesday (starting at 10:00 am) with change of bed linen and towels is included.
