The beautiful Badesi beach is in fact accessible just walking some steps and crossing a small private road, after the surrounding manicured garden (27,000 square meters). This villa was built paying attention to all the possible needs of the customers offering comfort, unmatched privacy and intimacy and a relaxing location: 6 bedrooms with 6 en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining area, a big garden and a heated swimming pool. Hot water for the whole property, pool included, is provided with solar panels. The villa from the year 2020 also has a cinema room with Full HD projector with NETFLIX Premium Ultra HD subscription. Not far from the villa you will find many sports opportunities such as diving, windsurf, kite-surf and many more. Spend your time tanning in the beautifully-landscaped garden with a scenic view on the Asinara gulf, or reading a book on the fully equipped sheltered terraces. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of any remaining waste. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €250.00 being withheld. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €2.000,00 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s processing times) at the end of your stay.
