Ample parking for all your toys with a large circle drive. Small boat launch on site. 4 Kayaks included during your stay (2 kid, 1 adult, 1 double) Less than 3 miles to public boat ramp, Walmart, baitshop, etc Other things to note The lake is very low right now. There is still great fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, etc. The water is not up to my private boat ramp, but there is a free public boat ramp 3 miles away.
