At the bottom of a valley, 640 m above sea level, under the ruins of the Rochefort Tower, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the Ardèche hills, the Vercors massif and on clear days you will see Mont-Blanc. On the site, Charlène and Alex, a couple of market gardeners (agroecological farm created in 2017) will welcome you to an estate of nearly 9 hectares where chestnut forests, meadows, orchards and terraces coexist, all crossed by a pretty torrent. The space The 100 m² *** rated vacation rental includes 6 adult beds plus a baby bed. The house is divided into: * on the ground floor: - 1 spacious, fully equipped kitchen-dining room (stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, pots and dishes...) and a fireplace insert - 1 living room with library and TV - 1 porch-terrace on the kitchen side - 1 private garden on the living room side - 1 laundry room - 1 toilet * upstairs - 3 bedrooms for 2 people, one with loggia and a baby bed - 1 bathroom with toilet - 1 bathroom with toilet Guest access You will have access to the house and pool. Other things to note In high season, arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided.
