Welcome to CHIO, the perfect holiday villa for families. CHIO is a home from home, not another soulless rental. We have everything to ensure you and your family have a fabulous time. As parents we know that happy and entertained children make for a great holiday! CHIO is in a fantastic location. Unlike many villas in Javea you can comfortably walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Older children can make their own way to the beach, or better still, send them to get fresh bread and croissants in the morning. With its 5 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms CHIO is furnished to a very high standard throughout. Listen to the Sonos music system or take-in a movie on the big screen while kids enjoy the lower level chill-out zone, equipped with games, crafts, their own TV and a Sony PS4. CHIO is not your typical holiday villa with a symbolic coffee machine. If you love to cook, we have a well-equipped kitchen, a real BBQ and a range of cookbooks. Visit the old town on market day to buy the freshest Spanish ingredients. Above said, we know you will be outside most of the time enjoying the beautiful Spanish summer! CHIO has two lovely shaded dining areas for ten and an Ibiza style drinks terrace, all nestled in a lawned Mediterranean garden. The al fresco cooking area is conveniently close to the main kitchen. It has a large in-built charcoal BBQ, sink and drinks fridge to keep your beverages ice cool. Our pool isn't Olympic size, so if you are looking to do laps we suggest a walk down to Cala Blanca beach, where only Ibiza will break your stroke! If you have young swimmers, are in need of a refreshing dip or a friendly game of water polo, then our 8mx4m kidney shaped pool is plenty big enough. When the day is done, and garden games are put away, it's time to enjoy CHIO at night. The illuminated garden is flooded with a peaceful ambiance. It's time to relax and unwind with family and friends. At the end of a wonderful evening under the stars you're guaranteed a good night's sleep in a comfy bed dressed with 5-star hotel cotton sheets and air-conditioning.
