Bondgard vacation home

The Bondgard vacation home is a listed building and stands alone on a large sunny property. Up to six people can spend a relaxing holiday here in a quiet environment. The furnishings are of high quality, partly with unique pieces. Surfing, swimming, fishing, cycling, horseback riding, shopping, Cape Arkona; many sights can be reached from our house by bicycle or car. A spa tax is payable, the amount depending on the season. The space Cost control for the vacationer: Energy costs for electricity, water/sewage, Cube-Max (internet) are billed individually according to consumption. A deposit of €270.00 must be transferred, which will be refunded within 14 days of departure. On request, it will be offset against the consumption costs. 01/01 - 04/30 of the year 2023: Bookings during this period will receive 1/2 SRM firewood free of charge from 4 nights, as well as the first €25.00 of the electricity consumed will be refunded. Guest access The cottage is available with all rooms, see floor plan, is available. As part of the restoration, all exterior walls of the house were provided with thermal insulation (w/ monument protection from the inside). Other things to note Airbnb does not provide an included security deposit settlement, so it is collected separately by the landlord. Electricity, water and Wi-Fi costs are calculated 1:1 separately according to the respective consumption. Firewood and briquettes can be ordered from the landlord for a fee.
