Bondgard vacation home

The Bondgard cottage is a listed building and stands alone on a large sunny plot. Up to six people can spend a relaxing holiday in quiet surroundings. The furnishings are of high quality, some with unique items. Surfing, swimming, fishing, cycling, horseback riding, shopping, Cape Arkona; many sights can be reached from our house by bike or by car. There is a spa fee to be paid, the amount depends on the time of year. The space Cost control for the vacationer: Energy costs for electricity, water/sewage, Cube-Max (Internet) are billed individually according to consumption. There is a deposit i.H.v. € 270.00 to be transferred, which will be repaid within 14 days after departure, if desired, the consumption costs can be offset. 01.01. - 30.04. of the year 2023: Bookings during this period of 4 nights or more will receive 1/2 SRM firewood free of charge, and the first € 25.00 ( ca. GBP/ £ 22,00)of electricity consumed will be reimbursed. Guest access The holiday home is available with all rooms, see floor plan. As part of the restoration, all exterior walls of the house were provided with thermal insulation (w/monument protection from the inside). Other things to note airbnb does not provide an included deposit statement, so this is charged separately by the landlord. Electricity, water and WiFi costs are calculated 1:1 separately according to consumption. Firewood and briquettes can be ordered from the landlord for a fee.
