The space The property is located directly across from Playa del Lance Nuevo, in the heart of the best area of Playa de Mojácar, ideal for families with children, in the area of beach bars and some of the best bars and restaurants. Guest access The pool is on the ground floor and is accessed with the gate key through a door above the garage, on the right. The property also has artificial grass and parking. During your stay I will not be there in person, but there will be a trusted person in the same community. Guests can text me or call me by phone or via this app. Other things to note Near the property, guests can go listen to live music in the afternoons.
