Between Nevers and Moulins, 120 m2 cottage in the countryside, in the heart of Bourbonnais Nivernais, our house is located in a small hamlet at the end of a cul-de-sac, not overlooked or semi-detached. Lots of peace and quiet. Please note: the nearest shops are 2 km away. Many activities nearby: museum tours, vineyards, gardens, walks, canoeing, thermal baths, casino, etc. The space Gite rated 3 stars by the tourist development agency of the Nièvre department. The cottage sleeps 8, with 2 large family bedrooms and a sleeping area on the landing. Beds are made before your arrival, linens are provided. Bedroom 1 with Shower Room & WC: - - 160x200 bed - 2 beds 90x200 - 1 crib Bedroom 2: - 1 bed 160x200 - 1 bed 90x200 Landing/Mezzanine: - 1 bed 90x200 Amenities: - in the kitchen: a large fridge with freezer, a stove with 4 induction hobs and an oven, a microwave, a blender blender, a plunging mixer, an electric beater, a traditional coffee machine as well as a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a raclette machine, a crepe maker, a dishwasher, etc. - in the living room: a TV with classic channels and TNT, a connected speaker, Wifi, - 2 bathrooms / 2 showers / 2 toilets including 1 independent toilet/ 2 sinks / 1 washing machine in the bathroom on the ground floor. - childcare equipment (crib, bathtub, high chair,etc.) Garden side: - a small swimming pool (4.20*3.50*1.35) open mid May to mid September. Possibility of early and/or extended opening depending on the climatic conditions and availability of the pool attendant. The pool must be secured every time you are away. Replacing safety hooks costs €150. - table, garden chairs, umbrella, - BBQ - 2 sun loungers - outdoor games We will welcome you in person with pleasure unless we are unavailable. In this case you can access the cottage independently through a code lock. The code is customized for each stay and will be sent before check-in. In case of unavailability from us, we thank our visitors for sending us a message upon arrival and at the time of their departure. Some practical details: - Whether we are present to welcome you or you arrive independently, we always do a video/photo inventory of the cottage before arrival. - Check in after 5:00 pm. Check out at 11:00 AM. These times are mostly valid in summer when check out and check in on the same day (Saturday). Depending on the bookings, these times can of course be adapted and relaxed. - One of the bedrooms is closed by a curtain (the thickness of the bottom of the wall does not allow the installation of a door). - the house is not equipped to charge electric vehicles. - Non-smoking house -No party, no party. No family events that do not respect the maximum capacity of the cottage (no more than 8 people). - childcare equipment available: 1 baby bed with bars, 1 high chair, 1 bathtub, 1 changing table. For the baby bed, only the fitted sheet is provided: the parents bring their child's turbulette/sleeping bag. - Adults should supervise children's swimming. The pool is not heated. Bath linens for the pool are not provided. - parking: 3 cars maximum. - The person who made the booking must hold liability insurance and will be held responsible for any damages. Any damage or misuse will result in a fee. - Dishes and storage of cooking utensils must be done by you. Uncleaned barbecue: + €30, same for a very dirty oven: + €30 cleaning (we provide dishes avoiding splash of grease and adequate cleaning products). Additional billing will be required in case of damage and/or a house not put away and/or dirty. - Linens are provided (sheets, towels and tea towels). For 3 day reservation: 1 hand towel per person. For booking more than 3 days: set of 2 hand towels per person. Guest access The whole house will be at your disposal, you will be the only occupants.
