Between Nevers and Moulins, 120 m2 cottage in the countryside, in the heart of Bourbonnais Nivernais, our house is located in a small hamlet at the end of a cul-de-sac, not overlooked or semi-detached. Lots of peace and quiet. Please note: the nearest shops are 2 km away. Many activities nearby: museum tours, vineyards, gardens, walks, canoeing, thermal baths, casino, etc. The space Gîte rated 3 stars by the tourist development agency of the Nièvre department. The cottage sleeps 8, with 2 large family bedrooms and a sleeping area on the landing. Beds are made before your arrival, linens are provided. Bedroom 1 with shower room and toilet: - 1 bed 160 x 200 - 2 beds 90 x 200 - 1 baby bed Bedroom 2: - 1 bed 160 x 200 - 1 bed 90 x 200 Landing/mezzanine: - 1 90 x 200 bed Amenities: - in the kitchen: a large fridge with freezer section, a stove with 4 induction plates and an oven, a microwave, a blender, an immersion blender, an electric mixer, a traditional coffee machine as well as a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a raclette grill, a pancake maker, a dishwasher, etc. - in the living room: a TV with classic channels and DTT, a connected speaker, Wi-Fi, - 2 shower rooms/2 showers/2 toilets including 1 separate toilet/2 sinks/1 washing machine in the ground floor shower room. - childcare equipment (crib, bathtub, high chair, etc.) Garden side: - a small pool (4.20*3.50*1.35) open from mid-May to mid-September. Possibility of early and/or extended opening depending on the weather conditions and availability of the pool maintenance technician. The pool must be secured whenever you are away. Replacing the safety hooks costs €150. - table, garden chairs, umbrella, - a BBQ grill - 2 sun loungers - outdoor games We will gladly welcome you in person unless we are unavailable. In this case, you can access the cottage independently via a code lock. The code is personalized for each stay and will be sent before check-in. In case of unavailability on our part, we thank our visitors for sending us a message upon arrival and at the time of departure. Some practical information: - Whether we are present to welcome you or you arrive independently, we systematically make a video/photo inventory of the cottage before arrival. - Check-in after 5:00 PM. Checkout at 11:00 a.m. These times are especially valid in summer when departure and arrival take place on the same day (Saturday). Depending on the bookings, these times can of course be adapted and relaxed. - One of the rooms is closed by a curtain (the thickness of the bottom of the wall does not allow the installation of a door). - The house is not equipped to charge electric vehicles. - Non-smoking house - No parties, no events. No family events that do not respect the maximum capacity of the cottage (no more than 8 people). - childcare equipment available: 1 baby bed with bars, 1 high chair, 1 bathtub, 1 changing table. For the crib, only the fitted sheet is provided: parents bring their child's swaddle/sleeping bag. - Adults must supervise children's swimming. The pool is not heated. Bath towels for the pool are not provided. - parking: up to 3 cars. - The person who made the booking must hold civil liability insurance and will be held responsible for any damage. Any damage or misuse will incur a fee. - Dishes and storage of cooking utensils must be done by you. Uncleaned barbecue: +€30, same for a very dirty oven: +€30 cleaning (we provide dishes avoiding grease splashes and suitable cleaning products). An additional charge will be required in case of damage and/or an unclean and/or dirty house. - Linens (sheets, towels and dish towels) are provided. For 3-day reservations: 1 hand towel per person. For bookings of more than 3 days: set of 2 towels per person. Guest access The whole house will be at your disposal, you will be the only occupants.
