In this case you will be able to access the cottage autonomously through a code lock. The code is customized for each stay and will be sent before check-in. In case of unavailability on our part, we thank our visitors for sending us a message upon their arrival and at the time of their departure. Some practical details: - Whether we are present to welcome you or you arrive independently, we always do a video/photo inventory of the cottage before arrival. - Check in after 5:00 pm. Check-out at 11:00 am. These schedules are mostly valid in summer when checkout and check in take place on the same day (Saturday). Depending on the bookings, these hours can of course be adapted and relaxed. - One of the bedrooms is closed by a curtain (the thickness of the bottom of the wall does not allow the installation of a door). - Eco-friendly heating method, via a wood stove on the ground floor. To ensure maximum efficiency, it is necessary to know how to feed the fire more or less abundantly and according to the outside temperatures (the colder it is, the more wood is put in and more often). The wood reserve is in the garage. - Non-soking house -No party, no party. No family events not respecting the maximum capacity of the cottage (no more than 8 people). - childcare equipment available: 1 baby cot with bars, 1 high chair, 1 bathtub, 1 changing table. - Adults must supervise the children's swimming. The pool is not heated. Bath linens for the pool are not provided. - parking: maximum 3 cars. - The person who made the booking must hold liability insurance and will be held responsible for any damages. - Dishes and storage of cooking utensils must be done by you. Barbecue not cleaned: +30€, same for a very dirty oven: +30€ cleaning (we provide dishes avoiding grease splashes and adequate cleaning products). Additional billing will be required in case of deterioration and/or an unstored and/or dirty house. - Linens are provided (sheets, towels and tea towels).
