My accommodation is conveniently located 25 minutes from Poitiers, with its rich architectural heritage, 30 minutes from Futuroscope, and less than half an hour from many sites such as La Vallée des Singes, La Planète des Crocodiles, Les Géants du Ciel, Défiplanet, etc. You will love my accommodation for its calm, serenity and location in the heart of beautiful countryside offering beautiful walks or bike rides. My place is perfect for couples, families, solo and business travelers. The space DESCRIPTION: - Cozy living room inviting you to travel, composed of a comfortable BZ bed for 2 people, a coffee table, a bedside table, a TV and a wardrobe. - A mezzanine bedroom with 2 double beds for 4 people with access by a miller's ladder. NB: at the highest point, the mezzanine is 1.20 m. Ideal for children/teens and young people. - Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster and everything you need to cook "like at home". - Bathroom with shower, sink, towel dryer and storage column. Separate toilet. Guest access You have free Wi-Fi access. I provide a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Other things to note - Note: the POOL IS NOT PRIVATE: it can be shared with any tenants of my house. - The pool is secured by an NF Immerstar alarm. - You must park in the parking lot of the church throughout your stay for the free movement of vehicles in the neighborhood.
