Comfortable 3 room appartment wih air coditioning

The comfortable 3-room penthouse apartment with a separate entrance, 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, is completely new and was build in January 2019. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can use our garden. We have grillplace and trampolin. The city center can be reached in 20 min. directly by bus. The bus stop is right in front of the house. In the direct vicinity is a pub, a McDonalds, a restaurant and a park. If you need something, we are always available for you. We are looking forward to your visit! The space The entire penthouse apartment has just been completed. The apartment has unusual architecture with large windows, a 5 meters high ceiling and stylish wooden beams. It was paid extra attention that as far as possible only natural building materials find the application. Guest access The guests have a complete apartment for themselves with a separate entrance from the parking lot. Other things to note Welcome! Dear guests! Thank you for booking our apartment! I would like to give you a quick guide so that you can find your way around the apartment faster. Wardrobe: Please take off shoes and outerwear down on the ground floor! The whole apartment on the first floor has underfloor heating. Heater: In all rooms except the rooms above, the underfloor heating is installed. Temperature can be adjusted with the wall regulator in the room: In the room upstairs and in the bathroom below, the heater is set directly on the radiator. Light in the living room: There are 2 buttons in the living room and one on the stairs. Light is dimmable. Please keep the button pressed to change the brightness. Light for the kitchen: There is a switch on the hood: Stove: Stove is equipped with induction plates. Only suitable cooking pots and pans can be used. All cooking pots and pans that you find in the cupboards are suitable for this. Countertop: The worktop must not be cleaned with detergent !!! Only with water! WC: Please only in the seat! Generally, WC may only be used while sitting !!! Washing machine: 1. Open the lid 2. Turn the drum until the lock is up 3. Open lock by pressing on gray plastic surface on the lock 4. Place laundry 5. Close the lock. 6. Place half cap of detergent in the right-hand opening for the detergent (detergent is in the cupboard under the sink) 7. Close the lid 8. Turn the main controller to the right until the display shows "1:20" (short program) 9. Press the "Start" button. You are welcome to leave a tip for using the washing machine, dryer and laundry detergent. Dryer: 1. Fill and close the drum 2. Turn the main dial clockwise until the display reads "2:26" 3. Press the "Start" button. Study on the ground floor: You can use worktable on the ground floor as a PC place. You can connect monitor, mouse etc. to your laptop. PC is not provided! Cleaning: To make your stay as cheap as possible, the final cleaning fee has been reduced to a minimum! Please leave the apartment as clean as possible!
