The space My home is a carefully renovated stone house dating back to the late 18th century. The original structure and rustic exterior have been preserved, keeping its authentic charm, while the interior was fully transformed into a bright, modern, and minimalist space. I love clean lines, natural light, and simplicity, so you’ll find a home that feels fresh and welcoming. The house comes fully furnished with simple yet cozy furniture and includes air conditioning to keep you comfortable. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful stay while exploring the beautiful Sicó region. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to a spacious and comfortable lounge, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. The accommodation includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, along with a modern shower room featuring all necessary amenities. Additionally, there is a separate laundry room with external access for your convenience. Outside, you can unwind in the private garden, which includes a charming orange tree, or gather around the BBQ area to enjoy a meal outdoors. The patio offers comfortable seating for relaxation, and the balcony provides a peaceful spot to sit and enjoy glimpses of the surrounding village, the valley, and distant mountains. For leisure, take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool. Parking is available on the premises, with ample space to accommodate a larger vehicle or two smaller ones, ensuring hassle-free arrivals and departures. Other things to note Outeiro is a lovely and peaceful village with about 50 houses, perfect for those looking to experience authentic rural life. Please note that it’s a quiet, residential area without shops, restaurants, or businesses right in the village. But don’t worry—everything you might need, like supermarkets and eateries, is just within a 10 km drive. Public transport is quite limited here, so we recommend having a car to explore the area comfortably. Just a heads-up: the house has a number of steps both outside and inside, so it might not be the best fit for guests with mobility challenges. When you arrive, it’s a legal requirement in Portugal to fill out accommodation registration forms. We’ll kindly ask each guest to show a valid ID to complete this quick process. For monthly stays, intermediate cleaning and linen/towel changes aren’t included in the price, but we’re happy to arrange these for you for an extra fee if you wish.
