Second Violation (Final Action): If a second noise disturbance occurs, or if local authorities (PSP or GNR) are called to the property due to excessive noise, your rental agreement will be terminated immediately. failure to comply with the quiet hours policy after an initial warning will result in immediate eviction from the villa. In the event of eviction due to noise violations: You will be required to vacate the premises immediately. There will be zero refund for any remaining nights of your booking. Your security deposit and any other extra payments made will be forfeited in full to cover administrative and potential legal/fined liabilities.
