With simple design and comfort in mind, exposed stone walls and wood beams create an inviting and warm ambiance, while a smart decor using the natural materials will impress any observer. Displaying authentic Dalmatian architecture of limestone, the house lies on a 1000 m² with a large outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor covered lounge area, terrace with lovely sea views and a complete additional summer kitchen overlooking the pool, as well as a children’s playground with plenty of green lawn for playtime. Lovely hosts provide 2 e-bikes and 2 traditional bicycles for your use.  With seven bedrooms fifteen adult guests are comfortably accommodated.  Tucked away from highly populated areas Villa Grand View offers privacy and relaxation induced by its natural surroundings. Plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes and beaches are available in a two-mile radius. It is located in Dvornica, a small tranquil settlement on the Dalmatian coast ideal for enjoying clear blue waters of the Adriatic away from the crowded tourist destinations. Here, the locals spend their time producing olive oil, goats’ cheese and preserving anchovies. The cuisine is rich in fresh seafood, olives and delicious Malvasian wine. From here take an easy excursion to the nearby islands and visit a UNESCO World Heritage proclaimed Old Town Trogir.  Other things to note For transparency: please account for 700 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection.
