Heart's Reach at Sea Ranch is a cozy home located west of Hwy 1 between Stengel and Shell beaches. The second deck is located off the primary bedroom with hot tub, perfect for star gazing. House is close to 40 miles of trails and bluffs. Sea Ranch is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and enjoy the breathtaking beaches and spectacularly rugged coastline along California's northern end of the Sonoma County coast. The Sea Ranch is located along the Pacific Coast, about 100 mi (160 km) north of San Francisco. Sea Ranch is a tiny, environmentally-planned private community noted for its distinctive architecture, which consists of simple timber-frame structures clad in wooden siding or shingles. There are no street lamps, in effort to limit light pollution which makes star gazing magical. Deer, fox, turkeys, hawks, harbor seals, and starfish are all party of mother natures beauty you will marvel at while you visit the Sea Ranch. After a stop at the near by Surf Market, Sea Ranch is a great place to park your car and relax. There is over 40 miles of bluff trail within the Sea Ranch, making the area a hikers paradise. The trails are flat and well marked, with access to beaches along the way. If you chose to venture out, there are many fantastic day trips to Mendocino,Fort Bragg, or the Russian River. We provide bath towels for each guest, but not pool/beach/hot tub towels so please bring your own if that is important for your stay. Drip, French press, and Bialetti coffee makers. Washing machine is a steam dual washer/dryer unit so intended for small loads only.
