Description
Between the sea and the countryside, a detached house, completely renovated, with elegant décor, for a peaceful stay. Large wooded lot, where the river winds. The cottage is ideal for holidays and weekends with family, friends or lovers. Classified as a 3-star "Furnished tourist accommodation". And the famous "Brioche du vast" is 30 meters away. The space DESCRIPTION OF THE COTTAGE On the ground floor: Terrace overlooking the garden The living room is composed of a large living room with equipped kitchen including: - refrigerator, - induction plate, - oven, - dishwashing dishwashing - Microwave, - coffee maker, Nespresso, - kettle, - BOSE channel, - equipment for 6 people (12 dinner plates, bowls... 12 forks...) and a baby chair. The living room is composed of: - 6 seats, - HD flat screen (parabola), - DVD player, And a stove to enhance your evenings with family or lovers. The bathroom is equipped with a vanity unit, a shower, a heated towel rail, a toilet, and a washing machine (dryer available). Cleaning supplies provided. Upstairs: A first bedroom: a bed for two people(160), a half wardrobe and a dresser. A second bedroom: a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, a half-wardrobe closet. Each bed has new, high-quality bedding (blankets or duvets are provided), one or two bedside tables, and a chair. One bathroom: a double-sink vanity, a spacious shower, a heated towel rail, and a toilet (bath mat provided). On the landing, a work table, chair and small bookcase. On request, a baby bath and changing mat are available. Terrace and Garden: The gite opens onto a south-facing terrace. The garden surrounds the cottage, enclosed and wooded. Garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and outdoor games (ping pong, shuffleboard, pétanque, Finnish bowling, etc.) are available. Free WiFi. Tourist tax included. Guest access For a bucolic and relaxing stay in a green countryside 10 minutes from the sea, our cottage is located on the banks of La Saire. The house has an independent entrance, a spacious wooded lot where the river winds (secure access), private parking (direct access to the cottage). Access to the estate is via an automated gate (remote control provided upon your arrival); ideal for holidays for couples, families or friends. The "Brioche du Vast" is within walking distance, 30 meters away. We provide a room to house, clean and repair your bikes or motorcycles if needed. A sauna session is offered from May to September, the following at €10. Other things to note Our cottage is close to several tourist sites in Normandy: EAST coast "Le Val de Saire": - Barfleur, - Saint-Vaast La Hougue and its island "Tatihou" ("Traversées de Tatihou" organized in August), - Gatteville and its lighthouse, WEST coast: La Hague and the Côte des Isles. The Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg, the Carentan marshes and nearby the D-Day beaches or a little further away Mont Saint Michel. There are many activities available to you: - walks in the countryside or through hiking trails, - Beach, - visit of very numerous exceptional gardens in the Cotentin because of the mild climate, - fishing, - diving, - sailing... But also: several equestrian centers and two golf courses (Quinéville 17 km away and La Glacerie 20 km from the cottage).
