Our FH condo is our home away from home and we are happy to share it with you and everything in it! Enjoy a drink on your private balcony overlooking the courtyard, or take some time on the shared rooftop patio. FWifi included. (No smoking, no parties or pets permitted). Accommodation for one car underground parking included. Additional vehicles-please register with FH parking. Our condo unit comes with 1 Fob that is utilized for the building and garage entry combined. The space The primary bedroom has a queen bed with a private 3 piece bathroom and second bedroom also has a queen bed. A smaller 3rd room behind a sliding barn door occupies a double bed. 3 bedrooms total. Patio furniture available on balcony and playpen available on site (when requested) for infants. Please bring personal baby blanket/sheets. Kitchen is equipped with the basics anyone needs for cooking. Microwave , Kettle, Keurig, popcorn maker and toaster oven available. Family area is spacious enough to enjoy yourselves and watch television and a second television occupies main bedroom. Disney, Prime, CTV Crave, Tubi and Plex as well as basic Rogers package available on both televisions. Coffee pods, Tea, milk and sugar are complimentary and bathrooms will always have clean towels available for the number of guests reserving our condo. Dish soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergent are available for use as is shampoo, conditioner, handwash and bodywash. We have ONE Fob to share with our reserving guests. Please be advised there is a replacement fee of 300$ if Fob is lost or damaged. Guest access Guests staying at Modern Elegance Aquarius: Please be advised that the Aquarius pool is closed for repairs for the 2025 season-opening TBA, currently unknown. We recommend our guests please take a moment to review FH website for amenity accessibility. Lock boxes are not permitted at Aquarius therefore you will be meeting one of us at check-in to retrieve Fob/Key. Our check-in availability time at Aquarius is from noon to 6 PM. If you require a later check-in, we can plan together a mutually beneficial time to meet elsewhere. Other things to note There is a STRICT no animals, no smoking or parties policy in our Condo. Our home is recommended for families, couples, business travellers and anyone looking for a getaway from the city! Minimum age to book is 24 years of age-no exceptions. You must indicate on rental request who will be present during the stay. Maximum 5 adults OR 2 adults and up to 4 children. No unauthorized guests permitted without prior permission. No third party bookings permitted. One key fob and garage door opener provided. We will meet up in front of 375 Sea Ray Avenue and I'll direct you to our underground parking spot and give you a tour of our condo and provide Key/Fob. Please all be present for check-in time.
