The space The house is ideally situated for a peaceful holiday with family and friends, providing all that you will need for a comfortable, restful stay. It can be hard to tear oneself away from the pool, the crickets chirping, the swallows dipping. In fact it is so quiet and magical it is easy to forget that one is only a 5 minute drive or good 20 minute walk from Montegiorgio. Guest access The house, grounds and swimming pool are for the sole use of the guests. Other things to note As with all Le Marche rentals, the Police and Tourism Officials request that we have full details of all guests: Photograph, First and Last name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Address, Nationality , Number of ID card/Passport.
