Sandpiper 4B - Oceanfront - Pool - Beach We are excited to welcome new friends and returning guest back to Sandpiper Oceanfront Condominiums in Jacksonville Beach. Starting June 1st, 2022, Sandpiper will reopen after completing an extensive 6-month remodel and upgrades, where the whole building has undergone extensive improvements, including fresh new paint colors. At this time, we are opening the calendar for reservations, as we have been told that everything is on track to be completed by that date. We may experience some shortage in parking, but there should be enough for one car per unit. There is also additional free public parking in area, if you have additional vehicles. Sandpiper has for many years been one of the most popular buildings along the ocean for travelers from near and far. We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back for the perfect oceanfront vacation with breathtaking ocean views, and beach access right outside our front door. Newly remodeled, DIRECT OCEANFRONT condo with amazing views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with a sleeper sofa, sleeping 6 people total. The condo has been completely remodeled and features high end finishes and contemporary design. The building has a large swimming pool, private parking, and elevator. Beach access is right outside the door, literally a few feet from the condo. Private balcony with seating to enjoy the sunrise every morning, or just spend lazy days watching the waves. Inside you will find comfortable and stylish furniture, master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. LED Roku TV, and ocean views, second bedroom has two twin XL beds, that can be put together to form a King, LED Roku TV. In the living room there is a queen sofa sleeper (gel memory foam mattress). Large LED TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and eat all meals. Dishwasher, blender, Keurig coffee maker. There is a washer in dryer in the condo. Condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and cable tv. Certain breeds of small dogs are allowed. Please contact us before making a reservation. $200 pet fee applies. Unless specified, check-in time is after 4:00 p.m., and checkout by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Most rates quoted are for a specified number of people (4 for 2-bedroom, 6 for 3-bedroom), additional guests are subject to a per person, per day charge. Charges vary and are subject to change without notice. All properties represented by Opulent Property come fully equipped with television(s), linens, dishes and utensils and an initial supply of soap and paper goods. Other amenities vary per property.Guest can cancel a reservation up to 72 hours after booking with no penalty. Any cancellations after such time are not refundable. Travel Insurance is available to insure the vacation rental investment. CHANGE OF DATE OR PROPERTY Any request for a change of dates or transfer to a different unit must be submitted in writing sixty (60) days prior to arrival and any changes are subject to availability and a transfer/change fee. Requests to change property will not be granted after a reservation is paid in full. Requests for changes cannot be guaranteed. No changes may be made within 60 days of the arrival. CHECK-IN Upon receipt of full payment your Reservation Confirmation will be emailed to you. Your check-in information and instructions on how to obtain keys to your unit will be emailed to you 3 - 5 days prior to arrival. Check-In time is 4:00 pm. To request an early check-in, please call or email us as your earliest convenience, a few days prior to your arrival to see if we can accommodate your request. If early check in is available a fee will be charged to your CC on file. CHECK-OUT Check-out is 10:00 am on the day of departure. Your entire party must vacate the property and lock up the unit by 10:00 am. Failure to check out on time may result in a $150 late fee. The Property will be inspected and cleaned upon your departure and the cleaning fee has been included in your total rental fee. Late check-outs after 10:00 am can be requested. You will be charged for a ½ day rate until 2:00 pm, departures later than 2:00 pm will be charged a full day’s rate. If you would like a late check-out, please plan with us at least 24 hours before departure time. Late departures are subject to calendar availability and cannot be guaranteed. CONDITION OF RENTAL The property shall be in the same condition upon departure as at check-in. Normal wear and tear are excepted.
