Settle into Lou Bartas! Perched on the heights of Vigan, this contemporary villa can accommodate up to 13 guests. Panoramic terrace, heated and secure pool, bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms... It has everything for an enchanting break in the Cévennes. Ideally located to discover the most beautiful sites in the region (Hérault Gorges, Cirque de Navacelles, Mont Aigoual), and many outdoor activities (hiking, river swimming, mountain biking, canoeing, etc.) The space The house (160 m²) consists of: In terms of living rooms: - Dining room/living room (dining table on the dining room side and sofas on the living room side) with direct access to the terrace (outdoor dining furniture). - Very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge. You will have a coffee machine with beans at your disposal. - Master suite with double bed 160 x 200, bathroom with shower and bathtub. - 1 separate WC - 1 small bedroom with two 80x190 beds (can be pushed together to make a 160 cm bed) On the upper floor: - Two bedrooms, each with a 160-cm bed and a private bathroom (shower and sink) - 1 separate WC On the lower floor (N-1): - Dormitory with 1 140 cm bed and two 90x180 bunk beds (6 beds in all). Direct access to the pool. All the necessary equipment for babies is available in the house (cot, highchair, changing table, potty) The house is temperature-controlled summer and winter by a Canadian well. Heating by heat pump. Heated 4x8 salt pool accessible from the house. Deck chairs and outdoor furniture available. Quiet hours must be respected (close neighborhood). The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access The entire property – house, grounds and pool – is exclusively for guests. Parking is available on the property. Bedding is provided; you must bring your own bathroom linens. We provide table linen, two tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. We will welcome you in person for the key exchange and a presentation of the house. For check-in after 8:00 p.m., you will be asked for an extra €20 (to be paid on-site).
