This lovely secluded villa is a short 5 minute walk from the beach, across the village's pleasant lawns. The house is spacious and comfortable: a vast living-room, full of light, opening onto a big secluded patio, with trees, bougainvilleas and flowerbeds, always partially shaded; 4 bedrooms (with good beds and generous wardrobes), 3 full bathrooms and 1 WC, all in traditional Portuguese Azulejos; a large fully equipped kitchen. There is also a traditional roof terrace with beautiful views.. The space In the village you will have full access to the magnificent clifftop swimming pool with wonderful sea views, and to two other big pools (one of them for children). All the houses and other facilities are in a mainly car free setting, surrounded by mature gardens, ideal for a peaceful family holiday. The village include: Tennis, bicycle rental, thalassotherapy and indoor pool, children playground, mini golf,& also the essential services: supermarket, several restaurants, internet access at reception, organised summer games for children, baby-sitting, car rental, taxis. IN THE AREA there are a number of attractions: on the beach you can rent small sailing boats, windsurfers and kayaks, or try kite surf - Ria de Alvor is well known for its kite-surfing school - or water skiing. For those who like golf, there are over a dozen golf courses within 30mn drive including Penina and Palmares. Lagos’ beautiful historical town, the traditional fisherman's village of Alvor & its harbour, and Portimão's bustling city center are only minutes away. Other things to note You will be able to choose one of the small sheltered beaches at the bottom of the cliff, with their caves and rock pools at low tide, or the big open beach of Lagos bay - 8km long, with the Ria de Alvor in the middle.
