Villa Zarafa, mountain and sea views, private pool

With beautiful views of the city and surrounding valley, Villa Zarafa is located on the hills in a calm residential area. Our villa offers accommodation on different levels with independent access for each. We live on the top floor completely separate from the rest. Air-conditioning available on the main and lower level. With a heated pool (seasonal timing) and terraced garden, Villa Zarafa is a unique place where guests can play boules, table tennis, or simply relax. The space Villa Zarafa is spread over independent levels for guests. Each has a bedroom with a double bed and a second area with a sofa that converts into a double bed, or a 160 cm retractable wall bed, as well as a bathroom and WC and kitchenettes. There is also a private outdoor area on each level. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen including a small wine cellar, a living room with dining area which opens onto a large terrace with wonderful views for outdoor meals around the large table. There is also a cosy corner for relaxing. There is a second outdoor dining area under a louvered pergola next to the swimming pool, with sofas for relaxation and a gas plancha (BBQ) for convivial moments. Free parking (up to 4 cars) on site and high-speed Wi-Fi on all levels. Guest access Guests have full access to the property, except to our apartment. We provide a remote control for the main gate, and keys for each of the other apartments. Privacy is fully respected, we are independent and non-intrusive, so guests have the rest of the villa and outdoor facilities to themselves. There are four guest parking spaces on the premises. Other things to note There are local chefs who can come and cook a dinner for your group. The house can sleep up to ten people on a sharing basis using the sofa beds, ideal for short stays such as friends get together. Please note: No daytime guests are allowed due to insurance liabilities. We gladly accept celebrations, but not all night parties that disturb the peace. After the hours of 11pm we would require guests to bring the celebration indoors. And to wind down all music and noise inside by 2am. Air-conditioning is currently available in the main living and lower apartment. Pool is heated from beginning of May to end of September. (Dates may vary due to seasonal temperature) A lost door key would incur an excess charge of 8 euros per key whilst a lost or damaged gate remote would be euros 55. Please close the large balcony umbrella if not in use. Any nuisance considered to be neighborhood disturbance or noise at night may be reprimanded by law with a fine of 450 €, payable by the Guest occupying the premises on the date of the facts.
