Welcome to our warm and cozy 1 bedroom/ 1 bath Studio Apartment in historical Butchertown! The space Guests will love the warm kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops! The remodeled bathroom is modern with a large a rain shower! The studio has one queen bed and a couch that folds out to a full bed in order to sleep 4 guests. Great outdoor living space with a dining table, grills and a fire pit! It is a perfect spot to call home while accessing all Louisville has to offer! Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and outside living area! Other things to note Pete are accepted on an approval basis.
