The space This newly renovated basement apartment is approximately 850 square feet with an open concept, 1 bed, 1 bath and fully stocked kitchen. You'll have your own private entrance with a lockbox generated just for your stay. With our fully furnished bedroom, featuring 1 king bed. Living room has a TV with Netflix and Youtube with 1 sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a sink, large refrigerator, oven, microwave and toaster. There is also a coffee maker, ready to help you start your morning with coffee, creamer and sugar, as well as tea and hot chocolate. Paper towels and silverware are provided. Dining area has a round table that can 4 seats. peninsula with 3 seats The bathroom has a vanity and mirror as well as a full size shower. We provide all basic bathroom necessities, including shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash. There is also a hair dryer. We'll have lots of clean, fluffy towels and washcloths ready for your specific number of guests! Full size washer and dryers are also available for you to use (please note that you have to bring your own laundry detergent) Fast Wi-Fi is also included! We do have exterior security cameras monitoring the place for your security and our protection. Guest access The whole space is for you! The private entrance is located Downstairs of the house underneath the deck. You will enter thru the glass sliding doors. Other things to note We are a family of 2 and we do live upstairs. We work hard at keeping noise levels down, though you can expect noise similar to a hotel. This property is receiving extra cleaning and is being disinfected with covid-19 killing products. Our guests health and safety are our top priority. We pay a housekeeper a living wage and the entire cleaning fee goes to them directly. They take care of everything meticulously to ensure the place is 5 star ready for each guest. As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring it to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict NO-SMOKING policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in additional fees. If you are staying 5 nights or longer and would like a fresh set of sheets, towels, or anything else, just let us know!
