Pool Fun with 35ft water slide, close to wineries

If you're looking for a backyard dream you found it! An amazing rock pool with a 35ft water slide great for kids AND adults, fire pit, BBQ, lounge chairs, table for outdoor eating. The other side of the backyard has a horseshoe pit, corn-hole and grassy area for the four legged guests. -Conveniently located- Wineries are 15 min away, Old town Temecula is 10 min (6 mile)away. New Murrieta Hot Springs Resort/Spa is 2 miles away San Diego county is 25 miles south. Disneyland is 60 miles away The space -The Space- The house is nicely updated and completely stocked with all the necessities. There are 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths ( 1 downstairs) .The couch downstairs can sleep 1-2 persons and there's an air mattress stored in closet. There is plenty to keep you entertained inside also. There is a ping pong table, games, books, DVDs, putting strip, Pac Man, and dart board in the front room along with a tv . The main TV is a smart TV. There is a Google home speaker in kitchen for music. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils, coffee maker, cappuccino maker (coffee and creamer provided), blender, serving dishes/bowls, foil/ziplock baggies, Basic spices, olive oil and much more. Just message if you have specific questions. Bedroom 1- master with king bed and mstr bathroom and desk with router. Bedroom 2- 1 king, 1queen, 1 futon bed Bedroom 3- 1 queen Upstairs guest bathroom with shower and tub. All bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. -Fast WiFi 1g with 3 mobile routers. -Outdoor Space- The sparkling rock formation pool has a 35ft waterslide, large hot tub overlooking pool that easily holds 8 people. The deep end is 9ft and there is a shallow entry side great for sitting or lounging or for the little ones. There are lounge chairs around pool area and a gas fire pit with seating . There is an in line gas bbq with cooking utensils (in kitchen island) and ample seating. There’s tons of pool floaties (with pump) and pool towels provided for guests in pool box located by pool. The backyard is separated into two sides. There is a safety gate around pool area for the young ones or dogs. The other side of yard has a large grass area with a horseshoe pit and cornhole game. Fire pit and BBQ are both conveniently inline gas so there's nothing to bring. ** The heating of jacuzzi is included in your stay. It must be turned off when not in use. The pool can be heated for an additional $130/day for October-April and $120/day May-September . Please give a minimum of 24-48hrs to request pool heating. The pool is usually warm enough in the summer months that it does not require heating. -Other things to note- NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. No outside noise between those hours. Max persons allowed at the property are 9. You will be asked to leave without refund if there is a party or additional guests beyond 9 that was not discussed prior to stay. The house is in a neighborhood with neighbors on each side, no one behind. Please be considerate to neighbors with noise. There is driveway space to hold 3 cars and RV side. -Location and Conveniences- There are grocery stores and plazas less than 2 miles away. Costco is 4 miles away. The brand new Murrieta Hot Springs Spa/Resort is less than 2 miles away. The location is close (6 miles) to Wineries and Old Town Temecula. San Diego county line is 20 miles south Disneyland is 60 miles away. **Please see house rules for additional information** For Long Term guests (>28 days) - A security deposit of $1000 for each month. -Utility cost will be agreed upon , exceeding the below dollar amount will then be the guests responsibility. Max allowance for the following utilities per month is: Gas: $200. Electric: $500. Water: $200 -House keeping services included twice a month during monthly stays . -Pool (Mondays) and gardener (Mondays) come once a week. They let themselves into backyard. -Garbage pickup is Friday, please put bins back after it’s picked up. Guest access Guests have access to all of the inside of the house. The garage is off limits and there are a couple closet doors locked. There is parking space for 3 cars in driveway. Other things to note NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS OR INVITING ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT LISTED IN INITIAL BOOKING. You will be asked to leave property without refund. If you would like to add guests to the initial reservation please message host (up to 10 people total). -pet fee is $75 (doggy door available upon request) -If you’d like the pool heated it is $120/day. Please allow at least 24-48hrs notice. During Oct.-Apr. max heating of pool is 84. - heating of hot tub is no additional fee. - additional person fee $85 past 8 guests , total of 10 guests max. -If you would like late check out it is $75 for each hour. A discount can be given for several hours of staying over (if available). - Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am (city ordinance). - Any fines incurred by city if rules are not followed (citation etc.) will be taken out of deposit. -During the hot months of summer the AC will not be turned below 70 to prevent coils from freezing due to working so hard in the heat. -The property is centrally located for San Diego, LA, and Orange County. - There is Costco 4 miles away and grocery stores within 2 miles. - Fast WiFi 1gig. 3 WiFi routers in house able to be relocated, great for working anywhere.
