In the heart of the Languedoc vineyard, close to the beaches and a charming corner of the river, is our villa inspired by the architecture of Beaux de Provence. Equipped with a modern and air-conditioned decor, the building has a completely secure swimming area, 8x4 swimming pool, 150 m2 of beach, barbecue, garden furniture. Your stay will be suitable for children: ping pong table, swing set, Lego... Possibility to rent linens (€22/bed) and optional cleaning (€200). Security deposit requested of 1000 euros. The space Our 210 m2 house consists of a large 55 m2 living room, a separate 30 m2 kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with their bathrooms and a parents' area consisting of a large bedroom, a dressing room, a bathroom and a solarium terrace. Children will find dedicated play areas: trampoline, ping pong table, Lego, Kapla, board game. Wifi is of course included as well as the Canal Plus box. The exteriors are very spacious, a terrace housed under an extraordinary wisteria awaits you for beautiful summer evenings. The 150 m2 of the pool area will offer you pure moments of happiness under the Mediterranean sun. Welcome to vacation.
