Other things to note -SHEETS AND TOWELS- France has an unusual rental norm of renting houses WITHOUT sheets and towels. As this is a remote holiday house (We live in another country) - For bookings in advance with agent check-in, we have adopted that French cultural norm and have our agent provide you with sheet rental. Please confirm with them 10 days before arrival. Backup sets are stored in the rear bedroom; using them adds to the cleaning fee to cover laundering. - For short-term and short lead-time bookings with self-check-in, sheets are stored in the rear bedroom closet at the head of the bunk bed. -BEACHFRONT LOCATION- The first-row beachfront location means Fréjus Plage and the boules court are lively in summer, with the sea just across the door and the summer market at your doorstep. The pétanque court lights switch off around midnight, but with the apartment’s darkening blinds and soundproof windows, you’d never know. By day, lower the awning for shade and privacy and close the dual-glazed windows to keep the home cool and calm. First-row promenade means easy beach access — and some sand/salt/dust is inevitable. A broom and vacuum are provided. Rinsing feet before coming in helps keep floors tidy. -CHECK IN/OUT- Our agents will come to help you check in and out and handle key handover. The standard fee covers apartment cleaning. Guests handle dishes, cookware, cutlery, fridge items, rubbish, returning furniture to its original place, and any exceptional mess. Use of backup linen and towels in the apartment will be charged separately (extra fees will apply). -PARKING- avoid fines/towing We’ll send you a welcome message before your booking with booking info, house rules, contact people, and recommendations on where to park and clear guidance on where not to park to avoid getting towed!
