An outbuilding offers 3 additional bedrooms. In total: • 6 double rooms with twin beds; • 1 double bedroom with twin beds and 1 single bed; • 1 dormitory bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds and 2 pull-out beds (a total of 6 beds); • 1 bedroom with 1 single bed; • 1 office with sofa bed and fireplace, which can be converted into a bedroom; • 7 bathrooms; including 1 bathtub, 6 toilets, 7 showers; • A large dining room with a wood stove and a large oak table that can accommodate 18 guests; • A living room with a beautiful fireplace; • A large kitchen (40m²) to live or have a meal on a table for 8 people; • A large library landing (40m²) upstairs, to the south, full of light for playing or reading; • A laundry room with washer and dryer; • Central heating with oil or wood.
