The accommodation is on two levels. On the ground floor, when you enter, you are in the main room: kitchen/ living room which has: Kitchen area - Baking plates - a refrigerator - Microwave - a coffee machine - a water kettle - washing machine - Dishes, glasses, and cutlery - Pots and pans Staying area - a sofa convertible into an extra bed that can accommodate one person (please let me know if you will use it, so that I can prepare the necessary sleeping arrangements). - a dining table/ stools - a tv - storage The toilets are on the ground floor. Upstairs are the bedrooms. A master bedroom with: - a queen size double bed 160x200 - a cabinet - Bedside table - Iron - an ironing board One small bedroom: - two bunk beds - Bedside table The bathroom is upstairs. The property can accommodate up to 5 guests. Bed linen and bath towels (1 medium size towel per person) are provided and included in the cleaning price. Guest access If you come by car, you can park on the street, we do not have parking space. For your information: Tickets marked with white dots are free from 8pm to 9am, on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery places (with yellow dots) are free from 8pm to 7am, on Sundays and public holidays. Next to the accommodation, you will have shops and restaurants but the neighborhood has no tourist points of interest, you have to take the metro to take you to Paris. Public transport by bus and metro is close to the accommodation. Robespierre Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away. Out of respect for our non-smoking guests and the children we welcome, smoking is not allowed in the accommodation as well as in the common areas of the building. Q: Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out? A: Yes, Monday to Saturday 9:30 - 18:00. Q: Is it possible to arrive before 3pm? A: Depending on when the previous guest releases the listing and how much time we need to clean, we can welcome you sooner if we can.
