Within the garden there's two self contained cottages each with a double and single bedroom, kitchen and living space, both of which are delightful. The villa offers three dining areas accommodating any weather condition: the spacious entry portico (which has a lovely breeze), the large sunroom (which faces the pool area), and the formally-decorated dining room. Downstairs there's various living rooms - so Lots of room to relax . There's also a lovely area outside the kitchen to eat breakfast and lunch with a large table enough for a big party of 16. The pool area is fabulous and the pool deep and large enough to do proper lengths and have a lovely swim. There's also lots of facilities and a table tennis table.The villa main buildings has 6 bedrooms over 3 floors (one in the attic ) and all the rooms are large with beautiful antique furniture. From its high perch at the top of town, the villa affords expansive views of the rich Belice valley and, onward, past Castelvetrano to the sea where the Egadi Islands are sometimes visible. Magnificent sunrises and sunsets are the norm here, not the exception. For those in need of additional privacy, the villa’s cottage awaits, just a short stroll through the gardens.
