Schlierseehaus

The Schlierseehaus is situated on the edge of a secluded forest and yet only 200 m from the Schliersee. The idyllic location and the magnificent lake view are unique. On the 6000 m² property you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation in undisturbed peace. The rustic and cosy house offers approximately 140 m² of living space and a great design for up to 8 people. Other things to note The traditional ambience extends over 2 floors, which feature a tastefully-decorated living room with a wood stove and TV, an adjoining dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, board games, books, a baby cot and a high chair. From almost all of the rooms you have a fantastic view over the lake and the Bavarian countryside. In summer you can look out over lush green meadows, in autumn over brightly coloured leaves or in winter over the fairytale landscape covered with fresh snow. Here you can spend relaxing hours with your loved ones, go on ski trips or explore the many hiking trails in the area. The nearest restaurants are within walking distance and a café by the lake is only 650 m away. A supermarket is 4 km away. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Ski storage is possible. In winter, the snow of the parking lot is shoveled if necessary and the snow on the footpath from the parking lot to the house is shoveled before the check-in. If there is a lot of snow, guests must shovel this path themselves during their stay. Tire chains are recommended in winter. Note: Partying is not wanted in the Schlierseehaus. There is a camera at both front doors and in the parking lot for your safety. Please note that there are 6 dwarf sheep on the property.
