The house is located in a recent and quiet subdivision overlooking the garden and swimming pool and has an equipped kitchen (dishes, oven, microwave, refrigerator) The swimming pool is accessible and located out of sight. You will have a private room with a lock for you. Parking is possible in front of my garage for 2 cars. My lawn is prohibited from parking. Autonomous arrival. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra steps to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces between each booking. The house is cleaned after each departure with the vaporeto (vapor at 100 degrees which kills germs). Sheets and towels are available and washed at 60 degrees, if you want you can bring your own. Guest access access to common areas, bathroom, Wc, kitchen, living room (tv) dining room, and 600m² garden + swimming pool. During your stay I can be contacted for all your questions, in case of doubt about the use of household equipment (induction hob, oven, heating, TV, swimming pool ...), you can ask me for advice, you don't bother me.
