The Panorama apartment is located in San Felice (BZ), a small mountain village in the Upper Non Valley, not far from Lake Tret (30 minutes on foot), right on the border between the provinces of Trento and Bolzano. You will find a well-maintained apartment with a stunning view of the Upper Non Valley and the surrounding mountains. It's the perfect spot for those seeking tranquility and relaxation, yet close to many adventurous possibilities. The space The well-maintained 3-room apartment (60 m²) offers space for 1 to 4 people and is located in a small town in South Tyrol. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and the sunny south-facing balcony has a size of 10 m². The sun terrace has a size of 32 m². The apartment has free Wi-Fi access. The living room has a comfortable couch that can be used as a sleeper sofa (bed size 140x200), a TV with satellite reception and a cozy dining table that comfortably seats 4 people. The open kitchenette offers: dishwasher, electric stove, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils. In the sleeping area, the 1st bedroom has: 2 very comfortable beds that can be combined into a double bed, a wardrobe with enough space for clothing and a small desk; the 2nd bedroom has: a bunk bed and a wardrobe. For babies and/or toddlers, we can provide an additional sleeping option. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower, washbasin, WC, bidet, hair dryer, toilet paper, soap and towels. The cabinet next to the washbasin has space for all your toiletries. There is also a washing machine available for your privateuse. A free parking space is located directly at the house. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor with access via a private entrance door. You will always have the entire apartment exclusively available to you.
