Lovely flat near Eiffel Tower and Invalides

Our space is close to the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, Musée d'Orsay, Musée Branly. You'll love our apartment for the neighborhood, the comfortable interior design, and our airport driver service. The space The studio offers a well-equipped space and is very bright, as it overlooks a nice and peaceful indoor garden. It has an entrance, a kitchenette equipped with an electric hob with 2 hot plates, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a rice cooker, an electric kettle and all the necessary equipment to cook and dine, a bathroom with glass shower cabin, a large amount of towels, toiletries and a washing machine (dryer; if you know how to use it, the dryer is not officially listed in the equipment of this room but it exists). The bathroom does not have a door, but there is a thick curtain to properly separate it from the entrance/kitchen of the studio, and there is a real door between the kitchen and the room. So if you close this door, you can completely separate the bathroom from the room. The studio has a window overlooking a nice indoor garden, a comfortable and fully furnished interior, a wardrobe, cable TV, broadband cable Wi-Fi, cupboards and lots of light. Hardwood flooring. The residence is close to the Eiffel Tower (7-minute walk), Les Invalides (7-minute walk), the Seine (3-minute walk), Place de l'Alma, Avenue Montaigne, Avenue George V (6-minute walk), Avenue des Champs Elysées, Musée d'Orsay (20-minute walk), Musée Branly, Deux Abeilles (5-minute walk), Rue St. Main entrance of the building on Rue de l'Université, secondary entrance on Rue Malar. You will love our apartment because of our hospitality, the comfortable interior design, the light, the comfort, a very lively bourgeois Parisian neighborhood. Our space is suitable for solo adventurers, solo business travelers, very/extremely close friends, couples, families (parents and child) and furry friends (small dog under 10 kg). 🎈This accommodation is a studio (no separate/independent room), so it is ideal for leisure or sightseeing for very/extremely close friends or family, or for a "solo" business trip, but it is small and there is not much privacy at all, so it is certainly not suitable for a business trip with several business-related people (boss, colleagues, collaborators, etc.). And if you prematurely confirm a reservation for a business trip of several people without reading this notice, we will explain the situation and possibly recommend that you cancel your reservation. There is an ingenious queen size bed sliding up to the ceiling (2 m x 1.60 m/78" x 63": Due to the height of the bed (± 90 cm/35", using a 2-step stool to access it), this studio is not recommended for people with mobility problems or obesity), plus a single bed (2 m x 80 cm/78" x 31.5"). So there are 3 sleeping spaces, so to speak. However, the size of the studio might be too narrow for 3 adults. Our ingenious sliding queen size bed slides up to the ceiling. The beauty of this bed system is that during the day, the bed can be slid up and stored in the ceiling to efficiently use the living space below, and at night, it can be slid down without moving the furniture to sleep. This is not a Murphy bed. 🎈"Configuration with two duvets / Swiss-style bedding" The double bed in this room is equipped with two separate duvets, allowing two people to sleep with their own duvet, by default (all double beds in our five Airbnb listings follow this configuration), to ensure individual comfort while sleeping. In Switzerland, Germany and other German-speaking regions, it is common to have two separate duvets for a double bed instead of a large duvet. 🎈Please note: This is a small Parisian-sized studio. It's not big, but it's well equipped and the space is used optimally. It's as comfortable as you can hope for. In particular, our ingenious queen size bed sliding up to the ceiling in this small room is, due to the height of the bed, not recommended for anyone with mobility problems due to obesity, age or health reasons. In Paris, there are many large luxury hotels if you have a budget (more than €800 per night), but unfortunately we do not know of other decent Parisian accommodations in the same price range as ours that have a sofa, dining table, kitchen or washing machine unlike our Airbnb. Hotels in this price range usually have really tiny rooms (much smaller than our studio) so small that you have to live on the bed = no other space to spread out your suitcases. Sorry, we're saying this because we want you to know what the reality is in Paris. Marc speaks English and French. Rumi speaks English, French and Japanese, and our assistants speak English, French, Japanese and Spanish. There is a manual in the studio with all the necessary information. You can't find the apartment by the number/apt # in Parisian residences. There is no number/apt # or name on the door in France/Paris in general, (except perhaps in social apartment complexes and other low-cost housing complexes) for the reason of security/safety/secrecy. Because of this, we have registration assistants to welcome guests and explain to them not only the studio's location and amenities, but also the residence's amenities. Check-in is at 3pm, but if you would like to check in earlier, contact us. We can arrange free early check-in and late checkout depending on availability. It often happens that the apartment has been cleaned and prepared earlier, and you can arrive earlier. In this case, even very early check-ins are possible (at no extra cost). However, it's not possible to arrive after 10pm. The same goes for checkouts, set at 11 a.m., but if you need a later checkout, contact us. We can arrange free early check-in/late checkout depending on availability. >> Super late check-in. Very late check-in. If you arrive after the check-in deadline (10:00 p.m.), we may ask our assistants if someone can check in very late after 10:00 p.m. with a surcharge as they all live outside Paris. 10:00 p.m. ~ 11:30 p.m. with an extra €60 in cash, after 11:30 p.m. ~ 1:00 a.m. with an extra €100 in cash (if you arrive before 11:30 p.m., the extra will be €60, but after 11:30 p.m., the extra to be paid in cash at check-in is €100). In case of unforeseen incident: No check-in after 1 a.m. even if it costs €100. In case the flight/transport has been delayed and you cannot come before 10 p.m. (or 1 a.m. with extra charge), check-in will be automatically rescheduled "after 11 a.m. the next morning". For transfers between the airport and the residence, we recommend taking an official taxi at the airport taxi stand (fixed rate) or using transportation services such as Uber or Lyft for a safe and convenient trip. Also send us your arrival information (flight numbers, in particular, are absolutely essential information) so that we can check the ETA and arrange your arrival with us. Other things to note We have another studio next door with exactly the same facilities, the same surface area and the same price, overlooking the same bright courtyard, in case you are interested in renting two places for your family or friends.
