Leucate- La Franqui: a large villa with garden The villa is located in a very quiet residential area. It has 4 sides and 2 terraces which allow you to have shade or sun whatever the time of day. A little more: a pétanque field for amateurs! The villa is 100m2, the garden about 500m2. Private parking. Wi-fi and T. N.T   Family destination above all, the huge beach and the pedestrian lanes guarantee safety and a carefree holiday! Two beaches are accessible within 10 minutes walk: Coussoules beach (kite spot) or the cliff beach. At the foot of the cliff, a sandy beach, transparent waters and room for all. The small inlet which communicates with the pond makes it an ideal swimming area for the little ones. Coussoules sports beach: this is where the Mondial du Vent takes place every year. This spot offers exceptional conditions for lovers of kitesurfing, windsurfing, sand yachting, buggy, and mountain boarding. We provide a few bikes.
