This a private master bedroom/bath/living area combo suite in a clean home with air purifier and private entrance from the back porch in a beautiful country setting. Three miles on west side of Ringgold. 2.8 mi to grocery store and Hamilton Place Mall is 6.1 mi, 8 miles to Southern Adventist University, easy 30 min to downtown Chattanooga. Watch mini and large horses graze. We also have cuddly cats outside but not inside the house. (Unfortunately our sweet greeter dog, Sadie, died last year but we have a new border collie named Libby who is just as sweet as she was!). Listen to chirping birds while you take a walk on the dead end street in fresh country air. Our heating and air conditioning system is all completely new and works well!! (There are only 3 steps onto the back porch entrance. Otherwise access is flat inside suite.) Back porch, backyard, fire pit patio and gazebo, free parking, (miniature horse pony parties available also). Available for questions by text or phone anytime after 7 am and before 10 pm. We live in a small, very safe, quiet neighborhood of 10 upscale houses each with 5 acres on a dead-end street. Lots of trees and a country atmosphere. Walking in quiet neighborhood and driving. Grocery store 2.8 miles away. Town of Ringgold is 3 miles away. Parking in driveway close to entrance. Park in space marked “guest “ We are probably a mile from Georgia Junior Rodeo Association Rodeo arena, Mercy Acres horse farm, 4 miles from Scenic City equestrian center. If you book before Friday at 8 pm for a stay beginning on Saturday that’s ok. We just need to plan ahead because we don’t want to clean the Airbnb on Saturdays. Thank you.
