This over 150-year-old Ticino house with beautifully renovated bedrooms is a good place to live and enjoy. The house is located in the village center of Vairano and on the one hand has a large garden with pergola, arbor and balconies on the other. Casa Ritz is quiet and yet a ideal starting point for various activities. The space 3.5 rooms furnished for 1 to 5 people. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment has TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine and central heating. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible, pets are allowed. The house is regularly entertained with attention to detail and has therefore retained the typical Ticino charm. Guest access Kitchen: glass-ceramic hobs, steam extractor, convection oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, kitchen linens Bathroom: 2 toilets/showers one newly renovated, the other one is in good shape. Living space: Direct exit to the garden, fireplace, library ... Bedroom: One bedroom can be reached via a covered balcony, there are rarely wet feet even in heavy rain. The door against the balcony can be locked with the guest key Garden: pergola, kiwi pigeon, garden table, chairs, hammock, lawn, barbecue area and separate grill.
