We are located on 36 acres overlooking Lake Lavon, 26 miles NE of Dallas and near the town center of Rockwall with great shopping and dining this retreat is ideal for those wanting to getaway from the hustle of city life. You will be able to watch the sunrise from your bed and watch the sunset from the wrap around deck. During our current situation we ask that all guests will need to have current vaccinations for COVID-19 and provide proof before their stay. We appreciate your understanding The space The room includes a cozy one queen and full bath (that includes a jet tub) and has two picture windows overlooking lake Lavon right on the horizon. A sofa and armoire are available in the room for your use. The porch is a roomy 3000 sq ft area with a hammock, plenty of places to enjoy the view, and even a table to shoot some pool or play ping pong. Guest access Bedroom, full bathroom, Wrap around porch, laundry room, (and with in-climate weather) the great room of the house. RV hookup also available on property. One of the locations of the hideouts for the historic gang duo Bonnie and Clyde. During your stay A continental breakfast will be served on the deck while you watch the sunrise. If there is inclement weather other accommodations will be provided. You decide the amount of interaction you are looking for. Other things to note This property is a 36 acre private farm with access from the highway through a half mile of overhead intertwined trees.
