The house is inside a property with pool (shared) on the Lucca hills that houses 2 other guest houses, and has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub/shower, large living room, full kitchen, covered outdoor veranda, with tables and barbecue, various gardens and access to the pool area (shared with other guests) and private parking. The space The elegant apartment occupies the buildings adjacent to the villa, which, used in the past as a dependance or private chapel of Villa La Chiusa, have been recently renovated by the current owners to offer all the modern comforts able to make the stay as pleasant as possible. It has a large private outdoor space giving guests all the privacy and relaxation required for a well-deserved holiday. The garden, perfectly cared for in its wealth of plants, flowers and colors, has pleasantly furnished corners, reserved for guests allowing the maximum enjoyment of the natural beauties of the landscape, which extends as far as the eye can see. Other things to note The pool area is shared with other guests of the estate. In the winter period (November - April) the heating is not included and it is calculated 20 euros per day to be paid upon arrival in cash. Note: On the property we have 2 adorable female dogs (a weimaraner and a Labrador), they are generally left free to roam the park but if you have problems with the animals let us know and we will do our best to keep them away from your area.
