A very spacious penthouse, about 200 sq.m., in a small but classy nineteenth century building exceptionally located in the town centre of Lipari, swarming with typical restaurants/food places and Eolian handicraft, not far from the embarkation area with a wonderful panoramic view from two terraces on two levels, suitable for up to 6 people, with wi fi connection. Street very busy by pedestrians till late in the night. The space The light and the open, irregular spaces give the flat a particular character of its own. It is made up of a spacious living room with a partly covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs, and another top-level terrace overlooking the Castle and the sea, 2 large bedrooms with additional single beds and balconies (on request a seventh single bed is available), a corridor, a furnished kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and tub. Furnishings are simple, there are a lot of openings onto the outside and fans give a natural cool breeze but we don't provide air condition. The advantage is to have large spaces in a low cost range. Please note for those with children that the entrance or exit is a one-storey staircase and we have a terrace with an ancient wall of about 85 cm high and the use of the upper terrace and the spiral staircase is for use and risk of the client. Guest access there are 2 accesses, one from Via Garibaldi n.52 and a secondary one for whom loves less stairs by the backstreet Via sotto le Mura but no door number. Please remember this is an ancient building with stairs, but you will have the charm of an ancient building. Other things to note house in UNESCO historic area.
